I earned my Bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University and my Master's in Counseling from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. I specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing areas such as couples and marriage counseling, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress, low self-esteem, crisis intervention, anger management, and impulse control for everyday life stressors. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and being outdoors. Exercising is one of my favorite activities and also my go-to coping mechanism.
