I’m Carmen Franco, Psy.D., a bilingual (English/Spanish) advanced postdoctoral fellow providing telehealth across Illinois under an Illinois-licensed psychologist’s supervision. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, career decisions, LGBTQIA+ identity questions, substance-use concerns, chronic illness, and sleep difficulties. As a Hispanic therapist, I value culturally attuned, trauma-informed care and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds. I strive to offer a confidential space where we can explore challenges, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful change together, at your pace. I enjoy working with adults who are open to engaging in therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, multicultural, and trauma-informed. I draw on evidence-based methods, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, tailoring our work to your concerns, values, and goals.
