My professional career has centered on exploring different therapeutic approaches, grounded in a deep understanding of individual development and how it impacts one's ability to form relationships and connections with others. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and have completed advanced training in Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychotherapy. As a Hispanic individual who grew up in upstate New York, I have experienced both the challenges and the richness of navigating multiple cultures while thriving within a small Hispanic community. Therapy is a relationship in progress; We work on developing a trusting space where you can talk about your concerns and I can support you with ideas and approaches based on knowledge and experience. The therapeutic space is safe and nonjudgmental, encouraging self-knowledge.
