Getting to know Carol Chase

I am here as a licensed mental health counsellor. I have been working in this field now for about 12 years before that I was a teacher and a massage therapist still am. Working with people with psychic pain is my purpose in life today. I have a specialty in substance used disorder addictions, Trauma anxiety and depression and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR a trauma treatment and in prolonged exposure Therapy, for people with phobias. I know meditation and can teach you how to settle your mind and your spirit. If we have a trust relationship together we will find your purpose your solutions and your happiness. It is through my life experience that I have learned to not judge and to be open to all people and problems and I welcome you.
