Getting to know Carol Ciliberti
I believe you are capable of living the life you want. Through self-awareness, recognizing your strengths, and determining what motivates you, I believe you have the power to change when given access to the proper insight, information, and tools. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Specialist, holding a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University. I use both emotion-focused and cognitive behavioral strategies to motivate and create change. I create a safe environment where you can truly be yourself, explore life’s challenges, and maybe even learn to laugh at yourself in the process.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief, as well as family issues related to codependency and addiction. I also have extensive experience working with families of children with behavioral health diagnoses, such as Autism, childhood PTSD, and ADHD. I see adolescents ages 12 and up as well.
I believe in actively engaging my clients through a combination of approaches determined by both of us. This is your life and your therapy—I want to help you get the most out of both. I offer evening and weekend hours and provide LPC, LCSW, and LMFT supervision hours to interested clinicians.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I spend our first session getting to know how you as a person; your background, where you are at currently in life and what your biggest concerns are. Over time, we begin to focus on the areas of your life in which you would like to see change. We always leave the session reviewing the positives and maybe with a little homework that you'll need to do before we meet again

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
