I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work in both New Hampshire and Maine. My career has been spent working with children, teens, adults and families starting as an educator and then transferring my skills to Social Work. I care deeply for the success of my clients and collaborate with each person to find the best solutions.
My practice begins with listening closely to the experiences my clients are having and prioritizing the most critical components to address. I use a variety of strategies to aid in finding solutions. These strategies could include mindfulness, positive self talk, cognitive behavioral therapy and others. I also incorporate humor into our sessions as I believe laughter is a powerful healer.

understanding of what's going on.
