I want to empower and encourage my clients to be the authors of their own life stories by helping them take stock of where they are, identify where they want to be, and find a path to get there. I utilize a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, stress management, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment, and work/life balance. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Argosy University, a Master's in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor's degree from Tuskegee University.
