I have a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling, and love working with adult women, or women reaching adult age, who are seeking insight into their choices, goals, relationships, personal strengths, and who they are inherently. Most of my clients, in their immediate experience, tend to feel anxiety, guilt, fear of doing it wrong, and depressed or grieving at the loss of what was in order to receive the life they want. My clients need to feel reassured that they are not doing anything wrong. They are selecting new thoughts and new experiences so they feel relief, satisfaction, and eagerness for life. When I facilitate the art therapy process in sessions, my clients can expect to feel intrigued by their self-exploration; imagine new outcomes for their lives; feel the warmth of validation and compassion they receive not only from me, but also from their own self-energy; and experience dynamic, confident expansion of understanding themselves through the fun that is inherent with art therapy. There are no skills required to benefit from art therapy, and no expensive material purchases needed. Art therapy is accessible and welcomes all parts of you!
