My training includes masters' degrees in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling, a bachelor's in communication, Colorado's certified addiction counseling program, and specialized trainings in trauma-focused therapy, the neuroscience of change, autism and Asperger's, ADHD, CPT, CBT, DBT, and other counseling modalities. I have worked in schools, probation, private practice, and inpatient facilities. In any setting, I find there are foundational tools that can help to connect authentically, communicate effectively, and problem-solve efficiently.
