What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a compassionate, empathic and creative therapist. I am passionate in building a safe and supportive environment to address your needs and treatment goals. I implement a client centered approach to Art Therapy and Somatic Healing to help you better understand, identify and cope with your current and past issues. I also aim to work with you to build a strong mind-body connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For new clients, I offer a free, 20 minute, consultation call via Zoom where we can discuss what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have and ultimately decide if working together seems like a good fit. In that call we will go ahead and schedule your first session. Clients will receive a welcome email and intake documents prior to the first session. Sessions will be held on a weekly basis and will include Art Therapy and Somatic Healing under a client-centered lens (meaning that we will explore and discuss what you are wanting to in sessions). Over time, we will develop a treatment plan as a framework for future sessions to best address and meet your goals. We will continuously check in over time to ensure continued satisfaction in treatment.
