She is passionate about making therapy not only accessible but also transformative.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, clients can expect a collaborative, supportive, and integrative approach. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a safe partnership, where we openly explore challenges and also focus on building practical tools for everyday life. My style goes beyond talk therapy — I often incorporate elements of wellness, movement, and nutrition when helpful, because I see mental health as deeply connected to the whole person. Clients usually find my approach to be compassionate, nonjudgmental, and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll work on reducing overwhelm, managing stress, and creating a healthier relationship with yourself, so you can feel more balanced and confident navigating life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you — exploring your history, current concerns, and what you’d like to gain from therapy. I use this time to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing and to develop a personalized plan together. Ongoing sessions are a mix of talk therapy and practical strategies. We’ll process emotions, identify patterns, and also focus on building tools you can apply outside of therapy — such as coping skills for stress, anxiety management techniques, or lifestyle shifts that support your mental health. My goal is to make each session feel collaborative, tailored to your needs, and oriented toward both immediate relief and long-term growth.
