I'm a bilingual Spanish-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to clients in need. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from San Diego State University and my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. Since then, I have worked in many different clinical settings. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and a deep understanding of interpersonal and familial relationships. I have experience guiding clients through their journeys as they encounter various life challenges. I do this by using an integrative, individualized, and collaborative approach, blending ideas from multiple treatment modalities to support clients in overcoming these challenges and achieving the best version of themselves. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself on providing a safe and supportive space where we can work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers. I specialize in addressing childhood mental health conditions, disorders and traumas, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, parenting, and other life-stage concerns.
