Working with children, teens, and young adults is something I feel truly passionate about — and I consider it a genuine honor to walk alongside my clients through life's challenges, big and small. As a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist, from the moment we begin, my goal is for you to feel safe, understood, and valued. I lead with warmth, empathy, and authenticity, and I work hard to create an environment where you can show up honestly and without judgment. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all, and I believe it shouldn't be. Every person who walks through my door brings their own unique strengths, experiences, and goals — and I tailor my approach to honor all of that.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm especially passionate about helping children find and use their voice, supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety to feel more at home in themselves, and empowering clients of all ages to build the kind of confidence and resilience that lasts. I think of therapy as a collaborative journey — you're the captain, and I'm the trusted guide walking alongside you. My job isn't to tell you who to be or where to go. It's to help you figure that out for yourself, and to be in your corner every step of the way.
