My goal in therapeutic work is to create a space where you feel accepted, safe, and supported. I strive to provide a nurturing, empathetic and compassionate environment where you can feel open to exploring all aspects of yourself. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to guide my practice and help you achieve personal growth, new perspectives and skills, and hopefully, a greater sense of self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.
