I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor based in Roswell, Georgia, with over six years of experience in both school and private practice settings. I hold an MEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Georgia Mary Frances Early College of Education. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping individuals ages 6 and above navigate a variety of life challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. My approach is grounded in a blend of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. In my work, I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other modalities, creating a flexible and holistic treatment plan. I believe in empowering clients by helping them build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and effective coping skills. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make lasting changes. In school settings, I have collaborated closely with students, teachers, and parents to address academic stress, social-emotional issues, and behavioral concerns, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. In my private practice, I provide a confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, allowing for deeper healing and personal growth. My work is deeply rooted in a belief in each individual's potential for growth and healing, and I am committed to providing the guidance and tools needed to help my clients lead fulfilling, balanced lives. Whether you are navigating childhood challenges, adolescence, or adulthood, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward emotional well-being.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
