What should a new client know about working with you?

I’ve found that focusing on the solution, rather than the problem- can be a pivotal turning point in one’s recovery. I believe that each individual has an inherent strength, regardless of if they realize it or not. I want to help my clients find their strengths.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be an intake session, where I gather detailed information about you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals. I aim to create a therapeutic environment where you feel safe and heard. Following the initial session, we will work collaboratively to help you achieve your objectives.
