What should a new client know about working with you?
I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help clients develop the skills and tools necessary to navigate life's challenges.
My goal as a therapist is to create a warm and welcoming space for my clients to feel heard and understood.
