I'm so glad you're here. I provide compassionate, individual counseling for those navigating infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and perinatal mental health challenges. With a person-centered approach, I integrate mindfulness, ACT, and CBT to support you in processing your experience and moving forward with intention. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and together, we’ll work to uncover the resilience and answers within you. If you're looking for a safe space to heal and grow, I’d be honored to support you—let’s talk. My approach My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I incorporate mindfulness practices to build awareness and grounding, use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reshape unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in embracing their experiences while moving toward a life aligned with their values. My focus Are you feeling anxious? Are you overwhelmed & overstimulated? Are you saying things like "I just don't feel like myself" and feel like this isn't how things should be? Every step of the journey through fertility/infertility, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period can sometimes feel like an uphill battle no one prepared you for. In a time where others expect you to feel bliss, it is frustrating when you feel sadness, hopelessness, and fear instead. You don't have to suffer with anxiety, depression, & your scary thoughts alone. You are not your thoughts, and your feelings are valid. I specialize in working with individuals going through infertility, pregnancy & infant loss, as well as depression & anxiety during the pregnancy & postpartum periods. I came to be passionate about this population through my own lived experiences with infertility, miscarriage, & both pregnancy and postpartum anxiety/depression.
