UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, stress, and interpersonal conflicts. I believe that each client is unique and therapy is not “One Size Fits All.” I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to work with my clients. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. During our time together, I will provide you with tools and techniques to accomplish the goals you set out for yourself, guiding and supporting you on your healing journey toward living an abundant life.
