What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, clients can expect a supportive, respectful, and understanding approach. I believe every person’s journey is different, so I take time to understand each client’s experiences, concerns, and personal goals before creating a treatment plan together. I believe in building trust and creating a comfortable space where clients feel heard without judgment. My approach combines active listening, encouragement, practical problem-solving, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I work with clients at their own pace while helping them build coping skills, emotional awareness, confidence, and healthier relationships. I value honesty, consistency, and open communication throughout the therapeutic process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session usually focuses on getting to know the client and understanding the concerns that brought them to therapy. I spend time discussing personal history, emotional and behavioral challenges, family dynamics, and treatment goals so we can create a plan that fits the client’s individual needs. During ongoing sessions, we work together to identify patterns, process emotions, develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and work through challenges in a healthy and productive way. My sessions are collaborative and tailored to each individual, family, or couple depending on their goals and circumstances. I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves while working toward positive growth and long-term emotional wellbeing.
