I am Carolyn Franklin, a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago. I am a skilled therapist with over 30 years in the profession, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have conducted individual, group, couples, and family therapies. I have worked with clients challenged by anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, and many other concerns. I welcome the opportunity to work with you. I truly enjoy my work, and my clients have been successful. I have supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship and family adjustments, and difficulties in decision-making. To assist my clients in reaching their goals, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities. My clients have responded well to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, client-centered therapy, and more. I use a strength-based approach, which allows my clients to feel comfortable and supported. Clients find me very supportive and easy to talk to. I create an environment of acceptance where clients feel comfortable disclosing their feelings and concerns. My clients are supported as they navigate the therapy process.
