What should a new client know about working with you?

HOW: In clinical speak I lean towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and strengths-based approaches. I believe that the work you put in during therapy sessions is equally important to the work you put in outside of sessions. I meet people where they're at and foster collaboration by providing a safe space.

A typical session is collaborative, as we work together to address your goals. Utilizing your strengths we will tackle each new challenge together.
