Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is CJ, but you can also call me a trauma translator, neurodivergent navigator & coping creative. I help anxious and depressed individuals have the tools to thrive, not just survive in their lives. My ideal clients are ready to start their healing journey and are open to learn. I primarily work with the young adult population, children, couples, victims of sexual assault, people with trauma, anxiety, depression, and Sex therapy. I have a holistic approach to therapy where I believe in your ability to heal. I will partner with you in finding answers, solutions, and coping skills to your problems so you can thrive in your life. I work somatically with clients to integrate trauma and have a better understanding of themselves. I am trained in Queer Issues, Gestalt, Gender and Sexuality, Sex Therapy, People with Trauma, Interpersonal Conflicts, Depression, Anxiety, Relational Therapy with Poly groups, and more.
