Hello, I'm Caron. Through individual, couple, and child/family counseling, my desire is to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere in which you can deepen personal understanding and strengthen relationships. I approach therapy from an Attachment Theory model, providing therapy for a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems. Treatment is personalized to you and your specific situation. I hold an MA and am a Registered Play Therapist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, PTSD, spirituality, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. Having grown up in a military family, I know firsthand the effects of military life, especially regarding children.
