Welcome! I started working with most in need populations while attending California Lutheran University; where I graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology. Working as a school based-counselor in Ventura County school system and primary clinician in psychiatric; I have experienced the complexities of family relationships; stress and anxiety; grief and loss; phase of life changes; work related issues; motivation; self-esteem; adjustment disorders and of course persistent diagnosis as well such as Depression.
