I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate clinical support to individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and life transitions. Specializing in traumatic grief and bereavement, I am a Certified Bereavement Counselor and hold active licenses in five states.
My clinical work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space for clients to process complex emotions and find meaningful paths forward after painful losses. I draw from both professional training and lived understanding to offer empathetic, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique journey.
In addition to my clinical practice, I spent many years teaching psychology and human development courses, which has strengthened my ability to translate complex mental health concepts into accessible, practical support.
