Psychotherapist

Hi there! Are you looking for more peace and freedom in your life? I would love to help! Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, or simply trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life, I'm confident I can provide support. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Systems Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy. I particularly enjoy working with women and their unique needs, whether it be parenting, relational, job-related concerns, postpartum, faith/spirituality, and many more. I also utilize faith-based counseling when requested to combine mind, body, and spirit in the therapy process. If you are struggling with your faith, therapy is a great place to explore those concerns. Therapy is a space where we can address your concerns and devise a plan to change patterns and behaviors that maintain the issues you face. I enjoy helping others reach their potential. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lancaster Bible College. Please reach out if you would like to get started!

What should a new client know about working with you?

We will work together to devise a treatment approach that best fits your needs. If I suggest something to try that you are unsure of or not ready for, we will try other avenues that feel comfortable. Therapy can feel overwhelming and scary, but it does not need to be. Our therapy sessions are judgment-free and are a safe space to process emotions. I value feedback from clients and will consider your concerns as we move forward in the treatment process. Therapy works best when sessions are consistent (2-4 times a month) and do believe that is how you will see the most change-staying consistent with the therapy process and practicing the skills between sessions.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
