My approach is client centered. I believe clients are the true experts in their lives. It is my goal to help clients acknowledge, address, and heal beliefs or patterns that no longer serve them, resulting in a healthier, happier, and more authentic life.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
