Carolyn really listens and makes sure I'm talking things through and finding the answers for myself.
I had a great first appointment, and I am looking forward to more. I think she picked up on my needs and has a clear plan moving forward!
I love my visits with my therapist. She is kind, patient and understanding. The online portal is also really nice and makes it easy to see my appointments, to make it cancel them, check my billing etc.
I have been a patient of Carolyn’s for two years. During this time, Carolyn has always been professional, on time for our appointments and very caring. I would definitely recommend her. This particular visit was no different. She listened to me during our session and asked questions if she needed any clarification. She also gave me tools to use in order to work through something that I was struggling with.
Carolyn was great! She worked with my daughter on issues with OCD and selective mutism. What I appreciated most was her communication style - she is a great listener and also explained things clearly.
Working with Carrie has been truly life-changing. I came to her struggling with OCD and skin picking, and through exposure therapy and the practical tools she’s given me, I’ve made more progress than I ever thought possible. With her support, I’ve been able to almost completely stop picking at my skin and nails—something I’ve struggled with for years. What I really appreciate is that our sessions always feel productive. It’s not just about talking through my challenges (though there’s space for that too); it’s about actively working on solutions and building real, sustainable coping strategies I can use in my daily life. Carrie creates a space that feels both safe and empowering. She’s compassionate, encouraging, and knows how to gently push me in the right direction. I always leave our sessions feeling supported and like I’ve taken a meaningful step forward. I can’t recommend her enough.
