Getting to know Carrie Ovard

I become motivated by your success and growth throughout your personal therapeutic journey, with an increasing level of healing. I truly feel that personal changes influence change all around. As we maneuver through this process, we will focus on both mental health and relationships, strengthened by my dual licensure. I am licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Utah, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Montana. I have specialties in complex trauma, attachment issues, emotional disturbances, parenting conflicts, relational stressors, and sexual challenges. I work with a wide range of clients and use several therapeutic modalities and approaches that challenge my creativity. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am currently working through my doctoral program with Northcentral University, with graduation expected in the summer of 2024.
