I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science from Georgia Southern University, and later pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health concerns. My approach to counseling is eclectic, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, gender identity issues, grief, multicultural and diversity issues, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, or trauma, I am here to support you.
