Many individuals have learned to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, masking, rejection, or the persistent sense of not fitting into expected roles. Whether you are exploring your LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent identity, experiencing a significant life transition, or recognizing that survival alone is no longer sufficient, you may be seeking more than just coping strategies. The desire to understand oneself, to feel grounded in identity, and to intentionally create a life that aligns with your authentic self is both valid and attainable. At Ascension Point Behavioral Health, therapy is envisioned as a collaborative process of identifying the next steps toward well-being. As a queer and transgender clinician, I am committed to providing affirming, trauma-informed care in which LGBTQ+, transgender, non-binary, and neurodivergent individuals are welcomed without the need to explain or justify their identities. My approach is intentionally warm, inclusive, and practical, integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, play, and experiential methods to support each person's unique journey. My practice is further informed by the Ascension Atlas, a comprehensive, whole-person framework I developed to examine the interconnectedness of relationships, physical health, thoughts, emotions, purpose, and possibility. Rather than approaching individuals as a set of symptoms to address, we collaboratively explore the broader context of your life: identifying areas of challenge, recognizing the strategies and strengths that have supported your resilience, and envisioning the directions you wish to pursue. Survival is not the final chapter of your story. Therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect on your experiences, and thoughtfully consider the path forward. Through our collaborative work, we can foster a life that is more authentic, connected, joyful, and aligned with your values.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Maybe you’ve gotten good at surviving anxiety, depression, trauma, masking, rejection, or feeling like you never quite fit. At Ascension Point, I offer warm, affirming therapy for LGBTQ+, trans, non-binary, and neurodivergent clients ready for more than just coping. My approach is shaped by the Ascension Atlas, a whole-person framework that helps us explore your relationships, emotions, well-being, purpose, and possibilities. Together, we’ll find your next foothold, build on what already makes you resilient, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and genuinely yours. As a queer, transgender clinician, I provide a safe, affirming space for anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity exploration. My flexible, warm approach blends CBT, mindfulness, play, and creative techniques to honor your story and help you grow with confidence. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re exhausted from surviving, searching for belonging, exploring who you are, or simply ready for something to change, you deserve a space where you can show up fully. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and help you discover what comes next.
