Carter is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY and a CASAC-T. He earned his Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. He has experience working with clients across various levels of care, including crisis stabilization, inpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. He believes in empowering others and supporting them through a strong therapeutic relationship. Carter believes that with an empathic, supportive approach to therapy, each individual can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build more positive relationships with themselves and others.
