As a therapist, I'm like a cup of coffee: Warm, comforting, and wakes you up! I want to work with you to break free from the confines of unhelpful narratives and patterns. My clients feel more empowered in their actions and relationships instead of letting their emotions run the show or being overrun by unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. It’s always a good session when my clients feel challenged and motivated to be more accepting of what they can't change while moving toward their values, even if it's hard.
