I DO NOT DO ANY MEDICATION MANAGEMENT Hi, welcome!! I am so happy you're here! Let me begin by telling you a little bit about myself... My name is Casey, and I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Wright State University. I have worked with a variety of populations throughout my career. I started off working with teens and adolescents who struggled with behavioral issues at home and in the school setting. I have since ventured into working with adults and older adults who suffer from chronic illnesses. Whether you suffer from a chronic illness, chronic pain, have dealt with depression and anxiety, or you just feel like life could be better, I want to assist you in developing healthy coping skills in order to improve your quality of life. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, and I will work with you to find what will be the best fit. I am also a mom of two, and I am passionate about helping other mamas navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy and motherhood. Pregnancy and motherhood can feel like some of the loneliest times, especially when we feel like we are stuck in the trenches. I want to come alongside you, meet you where you are, and walk with you through this journey. My goal is to help you see your strengths as a person and as a mom and find who you are in motherhood and outside of motherhood. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere in order to foster genuine connection and vulnerability. I am on your team, and you are not alone.
