What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and speaking openly. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable and collaborative from the very beginning. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life stressors, and I focus on helping you feel heard, understood, and supported while also building practical tools you can use in your daily life. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll tailor our work together to meet your specific needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a 15-minute phone consultation, which gives us a chance to briefly connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, our first full session focuses on getting to know you—your current concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to set goals and begin building coping strategies, increasing insight, and developing tools to help you navigate challenges more effectively. As we continue, sessions are tailored to your progress and needs, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.
