Aloha, I am so glad you have taken the first step in taking care of you and your wellbeing. I help clients by providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment in order to identify challenges, set boundaries, and empower growth. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years licensed experience. I work with children, adolescents/teens, and adults with a primary focus in anxiety, depression, trauma, transition and relationship challenges. I approach therapy as a team effort. Together, we will address your challenges and come up with workable solutions for your daily struggles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I love working with a variety of clients to strengthen healthy coping mechanisms, discover and apply self-care and love, create boundaries, empower effective communication and work through relationship challenges. We will work together to create a treatment plan that allows for meaningful and sustainable change.
