My name is Casey, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University and over six years of experience helping my clients navigate life's challenges and cultivate emotional well-being. I'm passionate about fostering a safe and welcoming space for you to show up authentically and explore your uncomfortable emotions and thoughts. My goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life, create sustainable solutions for the problems that brought you here, and enhance your self-compassion throughout this process. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with elements of mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, and more to support my clients in their unique path toward healing and personal growth.
