Casey is a lifelong Christian whose professional journey has always been centered on helping people grow, heal, and discover their God-given potential. She began her career as an educator, working with students with social and emotional needs. After starting a family, Casey transitioned into the parochial school system, where she served as a resource teacher supporting exceptional learners and helping students thrive in the classroom. As her passion for understanding and supporting the whole person grew, she pursued her Master of Social Work and transitioned into the role of a grade-school diagnostician, working alongside students, teachers, and parents to identify needs and develop meaningful educational goals. Through each chapter of her career, Casey found herself drawn to something deeper: walking alongside children, adults, and families as they navigate the challenges of life. Those experiences shaped her belief that lasting well-being involves more than addressing a single problem, it means caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. As a Christian counselor, Casey brings together her years of experience in education, social work, and family support with her Christian faith and clinical training. She believes counseling can be a place of both honest struggle and genuine hope—a safe space to explore the difficulties of life while remaining grounded in the truth and grace of Christ. Her approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and individualized. Whether someone is facing anxiety, life transitions, family challenges, or spiritual struggles, Casey seeks to meet each person with empathy and respect, helping them understand their story, build resilience, and move forward with greater peace and confidence. At the heart of Casey’s work is a simple desire: to walk alongside people through difficult seasons and help them find rest, renewal, and hope.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Christ-centered therapist, I offer a compassionate and faith-informed space where individuals, couples, and families of all ages can find healing, clarity, and hope. I believe true restoration comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while integrating evidence-based therapeutic practices with biblical truth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or spiritual struggles, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique story, honoring your experiences while gently guiding you toward growth, resilience, and deeper purpose. In our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment where your faith is respected and incorporated at your comfort level. My goal is to help you strengthen your emotional well-being, deepen your relationship with God, and move forward with renewed peace and confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In the first session we will explore what brought you to therapy as well as the best ways to help you gain progress. Utilizing CBT we will explore how your thoughts affect your emotions and behaviors. During treatment along with CBT, I will use a Christ-centered, strengths based approach to help you learn how to push back those thoughts.
