Getting to know Casey Ruch

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with clients in Colorado. I value meeting my clients right where they are at and coming alongside them to work towards wholeness. I consider it one of life's greatest honors to walk with people through their times of difficulty and confusion as they find their way back home to hope. Life can be challenging no matter what stage of life you are in and to receive support whether it’s a major transition, moving, pregnancy, postpartum depression, career change, relational tension, anxiety, parenting etc. I want you to know I’m here for you, and have a unique skill set to support you in your therapeutic journey. I offer Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma focused therapy. Much of my experience is working with children, young adults and adults with autism and developmental disabilities. I have been trained with a biblical worldview and faith based lens that gives me a holistic approach to my client's mental health. I will work with you to determine the best treatment approach to meet your individual needs. Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so that you can get the tools you need to help you reach your goals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help.
