As a person centered cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT), I am eager to help you or your child understand and work through maladaptive thought patterns, fine tune social skills, and develop emotional regulation skills. My goal is to help promote positive change while affirming what makes you unique.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping children and adolescents become the best versions of themselves. Navigating school responsibilities, friendships, family dynamics, past experiences, and so much more while going through all the changes of growing up is hard. I’m here to help work through difficult thoughts and beliefs, learn new coping skills, improve social skills, and promote a sense of agency. I also have experience in behavioral healthcare, currently holding my Registered Behavior Technician certification. I can help you or your child develop new skills and fine tune existing skills to thrive at school, home, and in the community. I am passionate about providing neuro-affirming care for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses, promoting reaching their individual goals, not conforming to societal standards
