Getting to know Casey Truffo

Since 1995, Casey has helped her clients be less stressed, less anxious, and, well, happier. With a blend of compassion and directness, she helps her clients feel cared for and supported while they break through to feeling better quickly. While she enjoys working with couples, Casey’s specialty is one-on-one work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, adult ADHD, and toxic bosses. Casey holds a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from California State University. She strongly believes in measuring progress to ensure you are getting the relief you want. She has owned private practices in Fullerton, Irvine, and Newport Beach. She started the OC Relationship Center in Orange and is now expanding back to Newport Beach with Sunday appointments. She started the OC Relationship Center to help even more people find the peace and love they deserve, want, and need. She is quite selective about the therapists she brings into the OC Relationship Center.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm direct but compassionate - if you want a therapist who just nods, that's not me. I believe in practical tools and measuring progress so you feel better quickly. I specialize in anxiety and ADHD with smart, high-functioning adults who are secretly exhausted from trying to hold it all together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we'll identify what's bringing you the most stress and create a clear plan to tackle it. I'm not a 'how does that make you feel' therapist - I focus on practical tools you can use immediately. Most sessions involve learning specific techniques to manage anxiety or ADHD symptoms, then practicing them between sessions. I track your progress so we both know you're getting better. My clients often say they feel more in control after just a few weeks. I'm direct and supportive - think of me as a coach who genuinely cares about your success. If you want someone who just listens and nods, that's not my style. If you want practical help and real results, let's talk.
