I am a licensed psychotherapist with years of experience helping my clients with anxiety, grief, depression, emotion management, sleep, stress and body image/eating issues. I am a skilled listener who can "read between the lines" and help you discover negative thought patterns and beliefs that affect how you feel and function every day.
