Getting to know Cassandra Cisneros

Over my time as a therapist I have grown very passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically in childhood. I help individuals identify patterns in their lives that likely developed in childhood to cope with stress. I work with individuals to tap into their inner child and truly understand what they need to do to heal. I have a specialty in Juvenile and Adolescent disorders from Grand Canyon University. I take a unique and compassionate, yet direct approach to therapy, and strongly believe in meeting my clients where they are. Healing is not linear. One of my favorite sayings is "Progress over perfection". I am incredibly passionate about this work, and I believe there should always be a strong connection and trust between the client and the therapist.
