Hello! I’m Cassie. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in mental health for around ten years, the last three and change specifically as a therapist. My journey thus far has taken me through many different treatment settings and with people from all walks of life and all sorts of struggles. My goal is not to “fix” people but help them lead the lives that they wish to—whatever form that takes. I have seen and experienced myself how anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and any host of negative voices can tell us that we can’t do something or have to live a certain way. I want to help people to recognize their power and to make their own choices. I strive to help my client to go from surviving to living.
