I understand the frustration that comes with this, but I believe that with the right support, you can find a new path. I offer therapy for a variety of issues and most often work with teens and adults who need help with depression, anxiety, or managing ADHD. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When it comes to therapy I want you to feel accepted and supported in a peaceful space. Depending on your needs and goals we can work on escaping negative patterns, decreasing anxiety, or learning new strategies for ADHD. No matter what you’re going through, I believe you can develop the tools you need to gain more control of your life.
