I help my clients reclaim their sense of worth and identity by learning to set healthy boundaries—boundaries that protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being. By honoring these boundaries, you create space in your life for the self-care and nurturing you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy most often in my practice, but I also incorporate elements of Solutions Focused and other therapies. In your first session, we will complete a brief intake interview and we will complete standardized assessments to pinpoint which challenges we should address first.
