All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Cassandra is a trauma-informed therapist with many years of experience working with children, youth, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief/loss, and life transitions. She holds a Master's in Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree from Westfield State University. Cassandra uses a client-centered, integrative approach to support her clients in healing, self-discovery, and growth within their identified goals. She likes to start the therapy journey by truly understanding you and your life story, identifying your strengths, and fostering your natural resources. Using a collaborative approach, she sets goals based on your presenting issues and discusses various treatment options to determine the best path to reach those goals.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
