Hi – I am so glad you are here and hope we get to meet soon! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California, and significant training in child development, family systems, and trauma-informed treatment modalities. I am passionate about helping individuals feel in CONTROL of their life by conquering their most overwhelming emotions and learning to LOVE their life again! Together, we can address whatever challenge you are facing: anxiety, depression, trauma, family challenges – whatever it is, I am here to help you, and I cannot wait to meet you! Ever feel so overwhelmed or out of control with your emotions and wish there were a better way? I fully believe that all of our behaviors communicate something about our underlying needs. My goal is to help uncover the root of those nagging behaviors that interrupt your ability to live the life you KNOW you can have – and set you FREE! My theoretical approach is generally through an attachment-based lens, but I take an integrative approach to understanding you and your needs. You can expect a person-centered, judgment-free space that is guided by the commitment of turning your goals into your reality. I recognize each person's unique journey and use your goals to help lead the way.
