Getting to know Cassie Menn

The provider is supervised by "MARGARET NINA WILSON". My approach to counseling is kind and engaging. I meet children, teens and young adults where they are at now and we work together to build solutions that feel manageable and personal to one’s counseling goals. Grounded in evidence-based practices, my counseling style also works to help teens and young adults feel seen and heard. I have worked with individuals who have encountered bullying, anxiety, depression as well as OCD. I also have worked with many individuals who struggle with self-esteem and body-image issues that impact their daily lives. More recently, my work has expanded to help those navigating ADHD. My goal is to help young children, teens and young adults repair their identity, feel empowered to make changes aligned with their cores – all while feeling supported and accepted.
